How much dla am i authorized
This is my first time being on Active orders aside from state emergency activation. My orders are for a PCS, and all of my household goods were moved out here with me. Am I entitled to DLA? I will always be attached to a unit in my home state that I return to when a set of orders end regardless unless I take an AGR position.

I originally recieved the without DLA rate. I have applied for the secondary DLA rate as I believe that the tour conversion modified my orders. I am being told that the tour conversion does not count as a modification and that I only rate the difference between with and without primary rates. Can you point me in the right direction?
